Summary

Three cases of peroral cholecystoscopy was reported. Dilatation of the cystic duct ranged from 8.5 mm to 10.0 mm in diameter, permitting passage of a 4.5 mm diameter baby 'scope. Endoscopic lithotripsy was performed without difficulty.
