We report the case of a patient with schizophrenia, who experienced agranulocytosis during clozapine treatment, followed by bronchopulmonal infection and Guillain-Barré syndrome. The case was recorded within the German surveillance project ”drug safety in psychiatry” (AMSP) [2].
