Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über ein Chondrosarkom des Os pisiforme bei einem 39 Jahre alten Mann. Nach Exstirpation des Tumors entwickelte sich nach l,5 Jahren ein ausgedehntes Rezidiv. Schließlich erfolgte die Amputation im Oberarm zwei Jahre nach der Erstoperation. Ein weiteres Jahr danach wurde eine multiple beiderseitige Lungenmetastasierung gefunden.

Abstract

We report about a chondrosarcoma of the pisiform in a 39-year-old man. 1.5 years after exstirpation of the tumor, an extended recurrence developed. Two years after the first Operation, an amputation was performed at midshaft of the upper arm. One year later, multiple metastases in both lungs were found.
