Zusammenfassung

Bei männlicher Infertilität ist die Therapie der Variko­zele als andrologischer Faktor zur Verbesserung der Ejakulatqualität unumstritten. Neue Metaanalysen zeigen auch einen Effekt auf die Schwangerschaftsrate in der unfruchtbaren Partnerschaft. 

Abstract

There is no question that therapy for a varicocele in cases of male infertility improves the ejaculate quality. New data provide hints for an additional influence on the pregnancy rates in infertile partnerships.
