Placebo- sowie Noceboeffekte sind nach wie vor unterschätzte Phänomene in der Interaktion von Ärzt*innen und Patient*innen. Der Erfolg oder Misserfolg einer Therapie kann durch Wissen darüber maßgeblich beeinflusst werden. In aktuellen Guidelines in der Schmerztherapie wird sogar explizit auf die Nutzung des Placeboeffekts sowie auf die Vermeidung des Noceboeffekts hingewiesen. …
