Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegende Übersichtsarbeit versucht unser derzeitiges Wissen bezüglicher der pharmakologischen Basis der derzeit verfügbaren anti-VEGF Therapien zusammenzufassen. Zusätzlich sollen die wichtigsten klinischen Studien und die möglichen Unterschiede zwischen den verschiedenen Behandlungskonzepten besprochen werden.
