Die transurethrale Resektion der Prostata (TUR‑P) stellt nach wie vor die Referenzmethode in der operativen Behandlung des symptomatischen Prostatasyndroms bei einem Drüsenvolumen bis 80 ml dar. Dabei weist die bipolare TUR‑P im Vergleich zur klassischen TUR‑P mit monopolarem Strom ein günstigeres Sicherheitsprofil auf. Die offene oder endoskopische Enukleation der Prostata bei grosser Drüse (>80 ml) sind Methode erster Wahl. …
