Abstract

Die Ultraschall-gezielte beidseitige proximale Blockade des Nervus occipitalis major in Rückenlage sollte als weniger invasive Therapieoption bei konservativ therapierefraktärem postspinalem Kopfschmerz vor einem epiduralen Blutpatch in Betracht gezogen werden.
