Zusammenfassung

Durch elektronisch verfügbare Gesundheitsinformationen, die zeit- und ortsunabhängig abgerufen werden können (eHealth), sowie Gesundheitsangebote auf Mobiltelefonen oder Smart Devices (mHealth) entstehen neue Möglichkeiten aber auch Herausforderungen für die Gesundheitskommunikation. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt diese unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Kommunikation in Gesundheitskrisen auf.

Abstract

Both electronic health information offering time- and location-independent information access (eHealth) and health applications on mobile phones or smart devices (mHealth) provide new opportunities for health communication. However, at the same time they create challenges. This paper describes both with a specific focus on crisis communication.
