Ressourcen - ein Grundbegriff der Entwicklungspsychologie und Entwicklungspsychopathologie?
Abstract
Zusammenfassung. Der Einbezug von Ressourcen in Diagnostik und Therapie bildet in der Behandlung von Kindern eine besondere Herausforderung. Die Begriffe “Ressource“, “Resilienz“, “Schutz- und Kompensationsfaktor“ werden geklärt. Für die Erschließung von Entwicklungspotenzialen ist die Unterscheidung in Individual- und Umfeldressourcen hilfreich. Ansätze einer ressourcenorientierten Diagnostik, Klassifikation und Therapie werden skizziert. Als ressourcenorientiert wird eine Intervention definiert, die neben der Symptomreduzierung auch der Kompetenzentwicklung eine entscheidende Rolle einräumt.
Abstract. The inclusion of the concept of resources in the diagnosis and treatment of children poses a special challenge. The terms “resources”, “resilience” and “protective and compensatory factors” are explained here. It is helpful to differentiate between individual and environmental resources when assessing developmental potential. Approaches to assessment, classification and resource oriented interventions are outlined. An intervention that allows for the reduction of symptoms as well as the development of competence can be described as a resource oriented intervention.
