The classical GTA system is in Rhodobacter capsulatus (RcGTA) [46] and is, in a sense, the alter ego of the SaPIs and PICIs: instead of encoding SaPI-like infectious particles, the GTA contains nearly an entire phage morphogenesis module with prophage-like organization [47] (Figure 6C). Presumably, the information for making tiny capsids is contained in this module.
