Zusammenfassung

Die meisten grippalen Infekte oder „Erkältungen“ werden durch Viren verursacht — doch selbst bei bakteriellen Infektionen sollte zunächst eine rein symptomatische Behandlung versucht werden. Hierfür stehen hauptsächlich Analgetika, Dekongestiva und pflanzliche Mittel zur Verfügung. Für eine erfolgreiche Therapie müssen diese immer kombiniert werden.
