Abstract

In this article of the ZPS case studies of clinical psychooncological practice are illustrated in a regular hospital. Cancer patients and their relatives deal often with the topic of nutrition and eating in the psychooncologic conversations. The topic is healthy diet and how eating in daily life can be realized while having symptoms of disease or therapy. This opens an everyday encounter space to important others that is to be actively created together and conflicts may appear. The self-defined mandate of psychooncology could be to moderate between the protagonists, to establish more peace and to value all participants in their needs. The anthropology of Moreno, his interactional understanding of health in role creating and the psychodrama techniques to double and the role reversal are very helpful in this process. It is important on the encounter stage to produce the ability to play, then is the scenic working on the internal mental stage possible. In the following text this is described.
