  1. Der im Titel der Empfehlung verwendete Begriff „nosokomiale Infektion“ ist im Sinne des § 2 Nr. 8 IfSG zu verstehen als eine Infektion, die im zeitlichen Zusammenhang mit einer stationären oder einer ambulanten medizinischen Maßnahme steht.
