Rehabilitation bei Sportverletzungen

Zusammenfassung

Das Wissen über Anamnese, Diagnostik, Behandlung und Rehabilitation von Sportverletzungen ist der wesentliche Schwerpunkt des Sportmediziners in der Betreuung von Leistungssportlern ebenso wie Hobbysportlern. Meist wird man mit Überlastungsschäden oder akuten traumatischen Verletzungen konfrontiert. Zu einer Vorstellung bzw. Betreuung kann es bereits am Sportplatz oder auch später in der Ambulanz oder Ordination kommen. Der Facharzt für PMR kann somit von der Akutbehandlung bis zur Rehabilitation mit diesen Verletzungen in Berührung kommen und sollte dementsprechend über ein Basiswissen verfügen. Eine exakte Auflistung sämtlicher Sportverletzungen mit deren Behandlungsschemata würde den Rahmen dieses Buchbeitrages sprengen, weswegen auf die am häufigsten auftretenden Verletzungen eingegangen wird. Für genauere Informationen werden Zitate angegeben bzw. muss auf die spezielle Literatur der Sportmedizin verwiesen werden.
