Zusammenfassung
»Human Factors« hat sich mittlerweile zwar als Begriff eingebürgert, jedoch wird die Bezeichnung sehr unscharf verwendet und meint ganz unterschiedliche Dinge [3], [39], [40]: Es kann sowohl der »Faktor Mensch« damit gemeint sein als auch die menschliche Leistungsfähigkeit oder Bedingungen, welche durch die menschliche Psyche und die menschliche Entscheidungsfindung gegeben sind (z. B. Ergonomie von Geräten [29]). Die in ◘ Tab. 13.1 gegebene Auflistung stellt einen Versuch dar, die Begrifflichkeit der »Human Factors« zu systematisieren und in ihren Inhalten zu spezifizieren.
