Hämatomneigung bei Lipödem: Kutane Genese oder Gerinnungsdefekt?

Zusammenfassung

Das Lipödem ist eine insbesondere beim weiblichen Geschlecht häufig anzutreffende Erkrankung des Unterhautfettgewebes mit noch nicht eindeutig geklärter Pathogenese. Blutungskomplikationen sind in diesem Zusammenhang ebenfalls häufig. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde im Zuge der Evaluierung von individuellen Risikoprofilen bei Patienten mit Blutungskomplikationen die jeweils veranlasste erweiterte Gerinnungsdiagnostik mit Blick auf eine mögliche ursächliche Beziehung ausgewertet. Hierbei konnte kein Zusammenhang zwischen einer Blutungsneigung bei Lipödem-Patientinnen und einem Gerinnungsdefekt hergestellt werden, so dass von einer strukturell kutanen Ursache ausgegangen werden muss, die allenfalls durch eine Gerinnungsstörung begünstigt wird.
