Zusammenfassung

Ein 35-jähriger Patient wird vom Hausarzt wegen einer symmetrischen Schwellung der Sternoklavikulargelenke zur weiteren Abklärung zugewiesen. Das Labor zeigt sich weitestgehend unauffällig. Radiologisch wird eine avaskuläre Nekrose der Sternoklavikulargelenke festgestellt. Der Artikel gibt eine Übersicht über die Risikofaktoren, die Einteilungen und die Diagnostik der avaskulären Knochennekrose.
