Diagnose und Therapie des nichtspezifischen Kreuzschmerzes

Zusammenfassung

Der nichtspezifische Kreuzschmerz gehört zu den häufigsten Erkrankungen weltweit. Die meisten Patienten haben eine gute Prognose und ihre Symptome bessern sich im Verlauf auch ohne spezifische Therapie. Wichtig ist, in der Akutphase seltene gefährliche Ursachen nicht zu übersehen. Um das Risiko eines chronischen Rückenschmerzes zu minimieren, sollten Faktoren, die zu einer möglichen Chronifizierung beitragen, frühzeitig erkannt werden, wenn möglich in den ersten Wochen. Eine leitliniengerechte Diagnostik und Therapie sollte breit angewendet werden.
