Patienten mit einem Pankreaskarzinom haben eine schlechte Langzeitprognose. Auch wenn eine Operation bei lokalisiertem Pankreaskarzinom in kurativer Intention durchgeführt wird, liegt das Risiko eines Lokalrezidivs bei 50–80 % und das einer Fernmetastasierung bei bis zu 70 %. Adjuvante Therapieverfahren werden deshalb eingesetzt, um das Rezidivrisiko zu vermindern. …
