Zweifellos befinden wir uns derzeit in einer Art „Goldgräber-Stimmung“ (CBD[Cannabidiol]-Shops, Hanf-Shops etc.), wenn es um das Thema Cannabinoide geht. Die Gesetzgebung der österreichischen Bundesregierung zum Thema CBD hat im Jänner 2019 zusätzlich für reichlich Diskussion gesorgt [1]. Nachdem in meiner Ordination mit Cannabinoiden seit fast 20 Jahren regelmäßig gearbeitet wird, möchte ich versuchen, einen möglichst klaren Überblick zu diesem Thema zu geben. Natürlich stehen wir derzeit auch wissenschaftlich in einer extremen Entwicklungsphase, aber gewisse Effekte der Cannabinoide sind durchaus abzuschätzen oder wenigstens zu erahnen. …
