Zusammenfassung

Dieser Übersichtsartikel stellt das perioperative anästhesiologische Management thoraxchirurgischer Patienten dar. Dieses beinhaltet präoperativ die pulmonale und kardinale Risikostratifizierung sowie die Möglichkeiten der Patientenoptimierung. Die unterschiedlichen Devices zur Einlungenventilation sowie die Wahl der Beatmungsstrategie werden besprochen. Ebenso wird auf die Möglichkeiten zur Sicherstellung einer suffizienten postoperativen Analgesie eingegangen.
