Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegende Publikation beschreibt die für Österreich gültigen Hintergründe und Rechtsgrundlagen der ärztlichen Aufklärungs- und Dokumentationspflichten. Es wird auf zivil- wie strafrechtliche Aspekte eingegangen und die zugrunde liegende Judikatur praxisnah erklärt. Darüber hinaus wird auch auf die kognitive Dissonanz als Mechanismus der menschlichen Entscheidungsfindung und deren Auswirkung auf die Beweiswürdigung eingegangen.
