Die renale Osteodystrophie betrifft viele Patienten mit fortgeschrittener, chronischer Niereninsuffizienz (KDIGO-Stadium CKD 3 und 4). Bei terminaler Niereninsuffizienz (CKD 5) ist fast jeder Patient betroffen [1]. Da die Knochen sowohl mechanische als auch metabole bzw. endokrine Funktionen aufweisen, führt dies zu weit reichenden Konsequenzen. …
