Female breast cancer is one of the most dreaded neoplasms and connected with a high death rate [

4]. The risk for breast cancer can be diminished within limits by avoiding tobacco products and by observing weight control [
5]. Also, alcohol consumption has been consistently associated with an increased risk for breast cancer [

7]. Another parameter is diet; vegetables, fruits and whole grains should constitute its central part [
5]. Further, non-dietary risk factors for breast cancer are hormone replacement therapy for menopausal symptoms and ionizing radiation (e.g. from radiation therapy of cancer) [
8]. A moderate to vigorous physical activity has been shown to be associated with a breast cancer risk decrease of approximately 25 % among women who are more active versus less active women [
