Die systemische Therapie zählt neben der Operation und der Bestrahlung zum Standard in der kurativen Behandlung von Patientinnen mit Zervixkarzinom. Die höchste Wirksamkeit hat die Chemotherapie in Kombination mit Bestrahlung. Der Wert einer primären (neoadjuvanten) oder einer adjuvanten Chemotherapie ist umstritten. …
