Radiologische Diagnostik primärer Lebermalignome

Zusammenfassung

Die moderne Radiologie bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten sowohl in der Detektion aber auch in der Charakterisierung von primären Lebermalignomen. Dabei dient die Sonographie meist als erste orientierende Übersichtsuntersuchung, wobei mit Hilfe der Kontrastmittel-unterstützten Sonographie die Charakterisierung von Leberläsionen erheblich verbessert werden konnte. Mit Hilfe modernster Schnittbildverfahren kann in den meisten Fällen bereits eine exakte Diagnose gestellt werden. So gilt die Computertomographie bereits als Standardtechnik für die Bildgebung der Leber, und die Magnetresonanztomographie hat in den letzten Jahren aufgrund Leber-spezifischer Kontrastmitteln sowie immer schnellerer Sequenzen eine zentrale Position in der Leberdiagnostik errungen. Der folgende Artikel bietet eine Übersicht über diese verschiedenen radiologischen Verfahren und beschreibt die unterschiedlichen primären Lebermalignome und deren bildgebende Charakteristika.
